If I book directly on your site or by phone will I have really the best available rate ?
- Yes, of course! Direct selling, without American intermediaries, it's always better !! Compare ...
Why are you asking for a credit card number to block the booking ?
- With that, we make sure that the reservations are not fanciful and that we will be well in able to cover the conditions of cancellation or downgrades
With all that is said about credit card frauds I did not I do not trust you and I do not want to give you my number ... ?
- - If you book by phone, it must think that it is YOU who contact a business that has "storefront", a telephone number, a register number of the trade, etc. On the other hand, by refusing to communicate your CB number, we are implicitly asking ourselves to trust ... to a voice at the end of the combined ?? Would you even do it?
  Know that the information we ask you, you leave no problem for your supermarket cashier, your hairdresser, your restaurant owner or your attendant because they are written on the ticket kept by the merchant. So ...

How do you guarantee the booking with a CB number ?
- As with car rental companies pre-authorization on your card. In other words, we "test" an amount with your bank. This allows us to check the validity of the card, its supply and so we guarantee the room.
  This test will "panic" perhaps the robot of your bank that you will send at this time, indiscriminately, an automatic SMS alerting you that the amount "X" has been debited on your account. Be aware that this is not strictly the case and that no case the amount tested should be considered a payment partial, pre-payment or other. The entire stay, as well as the tourist tax, will be paid locally as indicated in terms of sales.
If I reserve on your site or by phone will I have a written confirmation ?
- In both cases, you will receive systematically a written confirmation by e-mail you summarizing the details of your stay and the conditions of sale.
If I want to cancel my reservation will I have a fee ?
- A cancellation is free of charge if it intervenes at d-3 of the date of check-in (48 hours effective)
  For example, you had to arrive at the hotel on January 10th, cancellation is possible until 07 January midnight.
  This ability to cancel until D-3 is a commercial gesture from us because Article 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code does not provide for the possibility of retract into the accommodations.
  To avoid any disputes, we only accept cancellations by email
  In case of cancellation for a serious event (death, illness, accident etc ...) we remind you that insurance, include with your credit card, usually cover the costs cancellation

Questions about the hotel

Are the rooms equipped with sanitary facilities ?
- Yes. All our rooms are equipped with a small bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer
Is the wifi free and accessible in the rooms or only to home ?
- Yes, wifi is available for free in all rooms
Does the hotel have a lift ?
- No Unfortunately. However, we can you install on the first floor or on the ground floor on simple request
How big are your TV screens ? Do you have an English channel ?
- We opted for LED technology screens of 60cm diagonal and we actually have an English channel !
Why do you ask that we order breakfast the day before ?
- Just in order to maintain a price reasonable.
  Despite the rise in wheat prices passed on by bakers, despite the increase in VAT from 5.5% to 7% then 10% we do not have increased the price of our breakfast. So help us to maintain a correct price thanks to this "small" constraint
Wifi does not work, a light bulb has slammed what should I do ?
- Do not do like some customers who waiting to be hidden behind their computer to complain on the Internet. While signaling it, most simply of the world, we can solve the problem in a minimum of time. Why deprive yourself and remain dissatisfied ?
Does the hotel have private parking ?
- No, we are not so lucky but there is public parking at 36-38 rue Friant at 5 minutes walk from the hotel
Why do I always have to leave my room key at the reception ?
- For many reasons:
  - A fire breaks out: should we risk our life or that of a firefighter to check whether or not you are present in the bedroom ?
  - A duplicate key in 3 minutes, will you appreciate that a customer dishonest, present at the same time as you in the hotel, may have kept a duplicate key from your room at a previous visit?
  - A person entering the hotel, not taking any keys to the reception but which nevertheless climbs up the floors, has, a priori, nothing to do in the hotel. This person will be reminded of our good memories for identification
  - In case of loss or non refund, there will be billing.
Is the hotel located in a quiet environment ?
- Yes, rue Beaunier is a small street set back from the noisy avenues of the Porte d'Orléans. We have even customers who were surprised to be able to sleep open street side
What are the check-in or check-out times? Have you a baggage deposit ?
- Always too late for newcomers and always too early for starters!
  The max check-out is at 11 o'clock and the check-in at 13 o'clock. These schedules are important to us because we need this lapse of time to learn the rooms, control them and make possible maintenance.
  Due to abuse, we reserve the right to charge one night extra for non-compliance with check-out times.
  We limit the check-in to 23 hours.
  However, we will be happy to keep your luggage, outside these hours, free of charge ...
Are rooms equipped with a minibar and courtesy ?
- No, our rooms do not have this equipment. Moreover, the management of such equipment would entail inevitably an extra cost of the room ...
Can we smoke in the rooms ?
- Holes in the bedspreads, the carpets, risk of fire, smell always present several days after, refusal of the room by the next customer we have leads to make the hotel completely NON SMOKING.
  Failure to comply with the smoking ban will result in billing additional 100 € MINIMUM corresponding to the complete cleaning of the room (curtains, carpets, etc ...) increased possibly of the the cost of "setting aside" the room for ventilation, refusal of the room by the next guest, bailiff fees if necessary ...
  You will have noticed that we do not laugh with that.
What about security in your hotel ?
- - A video surveillance device is in place within the hotel.
  - Our hotel complies with new security standards fire.
